The Crane Broiler Festival Booth Exhibits are located on the west end of the Crane City Park. You can access the west end of the Crane City Park by driving south on Main Street past the V-Mar Store, over the railroad tracks and through the double gates. A representative will be on site during the set-up schedule times to assist you with locating your assigned exhibit space.

Hours

Booths are to be open and operational by 11:00 am on Friday and 10:00 am on Saturday and remain open until 10:00 pm each evening. You may stay open later if you wish.

Booth Space

10 ft X 10 ft. Exhibitors are to furnish their own tents, tables, chairs and extension cords for electricity (electricity costs are included in booth space fee). You may wish to bring your own lights and fans. All tables will be covered in front and sides if in view of public. All exhibitors must keep their area neat and clean at all times.

Parking

All vehicles/trailers are to be parked away from the exhibit area by 9:00 am each day. Parking of vehicles/trailers are to be outside the park area unless prior approval is obtained. There are parking spots available on the far west end of the city park – beyond the tree line or on the north side of the park by the railroad tracks. Vehicles and Trailers parked other than in the approved areas must be moved upon request. Also, you will note that a vehicle registration form is included with your application. This must to be completed and returned with your application. At the time of arrival you will receive an identification card that must be displayed on your vehicle’s dashboard. This will enable a show representative to make easy/timely contact with the owner of a vehicle, if necessary.

Set-up Schedule

Do not set up prior to placement by Show Representative Thursday, August 24, 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm. You will be assigned a space by a show representative when you arrive. All exhibitors must claim their booth space on Thursday or you forfeit your space. No refunds will be given. All exhibitors must be present by Friday at 9:00 am. All cars, trucks and trailers are to be parked away from the exhibit site by 9:00 am each morning.
