VENDOR BOOTHS


Booths are to be open and operational by 11:00 am on Friday and 10:00 am on Saturday and remain open until 10:00 pm each evening. You may stay open later if you wish.

Booth sizing is 10’ X 10’. Exhibitors are to furnish their own tents, tables, chairs, and extension cords for electricity (electricity costs are included in booth space fee). You may wish to bring your own lights and fans. All tables should be covered in front and sides if visible to the public. All exhibitors must keep their area neat and clean at all times.

All vehicles/trailers are to be parked away from the exhibit area by 9:00 am each day. Parking for vehicles/trailers will be outside the park area, unless prior approval is obtained. There are parking spots available on the west side of the city park,  beyond the tree line and on the north side of the park, by the railroad tracks. Vehicles/trailers parked other than in the approved areas must be moved upon request. A vehicle registration form is included with your application, which must be completed and returned at the time of submission. At the time of arrival you will receive an identification card that must be displayed on your vehicle’s dashboard. This will enable a show representative to make quick contact with the owner of a vehicle, if necessary.

Do not set up prior to placement by a show representative. Step up time is on Thursday, August 20th, from 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm. You will be assigned a space by a show representative upon arrival. All exhibitors must claim their booth space on Thursday, or forfeit your space. No refunds will be given. All cars, trucks and trailers are to be parked away from the exhibit site by 9:00 am each morning.
